Insurance
•
We do not accept insurance.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
•
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office by telephone at 831.475.1077 at least 48 hours before your appointment.
•
Should you need to cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee.
Your Appointment Time
•
If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our patients and schedules, all treatment visits
must end at the scheduled time.
Consultations
•
Consultations are complimentary for most services.
•
Laser Tattoo Removal consultations will incur a $55 charge which will be credited towards your first treatment.
Treatment Series
•
For optimal results, all treatment series must be completed within 12 months (15 months for Laser Hair Removal series of 6) from the date of the
first treatment.
•
Treatments must be started no later than 3 months from the date of purchase.
•
If scheduled for a Laser Hair Removal treatment, please shave the treatment area 1 day prior to appointment to avoid any shaving fees.
•
Prices quoted at the time of the treatment supersede all other price quotations written or verbal. If paying per treatment, please note that prices
may change at any time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our knowledgeable MBLA staff is always available to answer any questions you may have regarding refunds and exchanges, but all requests
must be approved by the clinic director.
